Bilgeİş Project
The Bilgeiş Project aimed to bolster the adaptive skills of both workers and employers in Turkey, fostering a labor market that embraces technological advancements. Its objectives included boosting the utilization and efficacy of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), and enhancing capacity-building initiatives for workers and employers. Dr. Didem TUFAN, founder of WiserNEXT, played a pivotal role as a non-key expert in this project, actively participating in all aspects, including course development.
Within this scope of the project, an online learning platform was established where workers and employers can benefit from online courses for free.
Courses included topics such as graphic design, website development, software development, digital photography…
Conferences, meetings, seminars, and workshops were organized to promote the project.
