CYBER-VET-INTERN, funded by The Norwegian Agency for International Cooperation and Quality Enhancement in Higher Education, within the project category of KA210-VET - Small-scale partnerships in vocational education and training, has seen WiserNEXT as a key contributor. WiserNEXT has spearheaded crucial training sessions covering Introduction to Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking, as well as Application and Web Security Vulnerability Analysis and System Hacking. Additionally, hands-on hacking activities have been facilitated under WiserNEXT's guidance, further enhancing the project's impact and effectiveness.
WiserNEXT have collaborated closely with VET teachers and students, delivering an immersive cybersecurity training course. This comprehensive program not only imparts essential components of cybersecurity but also sheds light on diverse career opportunities within the cybersecurity market. Moreover, it delves into real-world cybersecurity industry needs, providing valuable insights into the current market landscape. Furthermore, strategies are explored on how VET schools can forge stronger collaborations with cybersecurity and IT SMEs, enriching the learning experience and preparing students for the evolving demands of the industry.
